After the reunion with the former colleagues working in the branch office office Hokkaido Prefectural Government, I came up with the idea to wrap up the first day in Kushiro City with my favorite cuisine.
I strolled around the Downtown and found the Ramen Bar " Kadoya" famous and popular with grilled conch called " Tsubu" and soysauce-based Ramen noodle soup.
Precisely speaking, these conch are called " Aotsubu" in Hokkaido and we have another kind " Todai Tsubu" shaped like lighthouse on the cliff.
