As I mentioned before, my hometown Kitami City is facing the crisis of bankruptcy, in a sense. The municipality has to struggle to streamline the organization and cut off the extra costs that tie it down.
I am concerned about the facilities run by the municipality.They were built for the utilities and happiness of the citizens living there. But the mergers of the municipalities might have brought some not efficient system to administrative organization.
This "Green Center" run by the municipality must be one of the targets to cut out of the organization. Well-trimmed parks may disappear from the city. What I can do for my hometown?
