Sapporo Lilac Festival ２０１９!

Sapporo Lilac Festival started under the beautiful blue sky. One of the big draws of the festival is Ramen noodle soup joints in Odori Park. Before many citizens and tourists swamped the Ramen area, it was calm in the morning.
