After strolling around the Cape Kamui, we dropped by Kakizaki Seafood Restaurant in Yoichi. What we savored was salmon roe rice-ball, grilled
Okhotsk atka mackerel.
Squid Sashimi was so delicious with its slight sweetness and the taste of the ocean.
Yum and beautiful ! can I say ? Good job ! The Japanese conch called "Tsubu" is one of my favorites. To be honest I prefer the Sashimi of Tsubu to that of abalone called Awabi in Japanese. Many tourists make a long line to savor the quality seafood in this restaurant but you may be able to be seated sooner than you expected.
