Take it !

The mushroom is called "mai-take". Nowadays, it is possible to grow the mushroom artificially but the mushroom is the namesake of "dance" in Japanese "Mai".

 Before the way to raise the mushroom was established, everybody who found the mushroom in forests was so delighted that they danced with pleasure.

The taste of the chicken and sauce was changing as time goes by, I thought. It might be my misunderstanding but actually the buds of my tongue felt some thing different and new.
